Atlantic Coast Refund Policy

Financial Grants and Scholarships are awarded to assist new students as they complete their degree programs.

In the event that a student who has been awarded a Financial Grant or Financial Scholarship withdraws from the program within one of the time frames detailed below, the dollar amount of the Grant or Scholarship will be deducted prior to calculating the amount to be refunded.

  • Withdrawal from the fourth day following the Registration date until ten days after the Registration date, 75% of the tuition paid will be refunded, less the pro-rated Scholarship, or Financial Grant.
  • Withdrawal after the tenth day through the twentieth day following the Registration date, 50% of the tuition paid will be refunded, less the pro-rated Scholarship or Financial Grant.
  • Withdrawal after the twentieth day through the 30th day, 25% of the tuition paid will be refunded, less the pro-rated Scholarship or Financial Grant.
  • Withdrawal after 30 days: no refund is due or payable.

If you must withdraw from your degree program, you must do so officially by providing written notice to the Finance Department at finance@atlanticseminary.org. Merely not starting or completing coursework does not automatically remove the course(s) from your record, and you will still be obligated to settle your account.

We believe that Atlantic Coast adult learners have been called by God to complete a degree program. In cases of financial hardship, degree program extensions are available.
